Last minute serialization or how to keep your label stock to a  minimum -

No one likes the idea of stocking labels that they may not need but ABLT and Kubota have developed a system that allows us to send serialized model number labels in true JIT (Just In Time).

Once a week a report is generated that gives ABLT the quantity of each tractor model being manufactured for that week and by the next Monday serialized labels are generated and delivered in roll sets. These labels are made of durable 3M Matte Silver Polyester with a clear protective lamination film.

Each model's serialized part is accounted for with no missing and no duplicate numbers. Keeping track of all of the different model numbers and their respective serial numbers use to be a difficult task but is now automatically handled by ABLT's custom printing database.
