FACE STOCKS

Tamper Evident

ABLT's tamper evident labels come in destructible vinyl or ‘void if removed’ polyester label stocks. The tamper evident label makes unauthorized access to the protected item easily detectable, heightening label security.

Copper Foil FCC Shielding Labels

 SOLAS Marine Safety Reflective Tape

SOLAS Marine Safety Reflective Tape: 3M SOLAS (Safety of Life at Sea) Marine Safety Reflective Tape is U.S. Coast Guard approved and is the toughest and brightest reflective tape currently available. It is easy to create waterproof labels and the strong, pressure sensitive adhesive will stick to nearly any surface or texture. Typical initial brightness level is 500 RA.

Scotchlite Reflective Material: This 3M manufactured marking film is easy to apply and includes pressure sensitive adhesive. The 3M Scotchlite Reflective Material can be hand cut, die cut, kiss cut or screen printed.  Although, permanent adhesion to washable garments is not recommended by the manufacturer. 3M Scotchlite Reflective Material comes in three finishes for all your wholesale clothing label needs:

• 8830 silver with a typical initial brightness level of 500 RA
• 8886 red with a typical initial brightness level of 175 RA
• 8887 yellow with a typical initial brightness level of 175 RA

LAMINATION FILMS

3M Laminating Film

The 3M graffiti resistant laminating film is designed to resist permanent marker, crayon, paint and other forms of defacement when used as a protective overlaminate. 3M graffiti resistant overlaminating label product 7248 is made of durable polyester and provides graffiti resistance for a wide range of printed media.

Lexan Overlaminate

The Lexan clear Polycarbonate overlaminate label product offers superior moisture and abrasion resistance, as well as high impact properties.

UV Resistant Acrylar

The UV resistant Acrylar label product will add years to the life of colored labels. This protective overlaminate is also UL and chemical resistant but still offers excellent clarity and readability of the label

MULTI PROCESS/HYBRID LABELS

Polyester Laminated to Tire Adhesive

Polyester laminated to tire adhesive is an ABLT specialty especially suited for when nothing else will stick. This heavy duty polyester label coated with a thick tire adhesive ensures a permanent bond.

Solvent Resistant Label Blanks

ABLT can preprint all static background information so they’re ready for on-demand thermal transfer secondary printing. This durable label stock is a specially designed clear PET lamination film that is resistant to most chemicals and abrasion, eliminating the need for protective laminate.

SPECIALTY ADHESIVES

Blast Freezer & Cryogenic Label Adhesive

ABLT’s freezer label adhesive can withstand sub zero freezer conditions but is optimal for a range of harsh temperature label applications. The minimum application temperature is -20¢ªF but the freezer label adhesive is suitable for temperatures ranging from -65¢ªF to 200¢ªF.

High Heat Adhesive

Our high heat adhesive can withstand temperatures up to 500¢ªF with short-term heat resistance and outstanding solvent resistance. The high heat adhesive is ideal for solder wave reflow, infra-red reflow [IR reflow], top or bottom side wave solder, as well as most cleaning processes and chemicals.

3M 1000 Removable Adhesive "Post-It"

This removable adhesive is perfect for filing and long-term document retention since it is removes cleanly from many materials.

3M 350 High Holding Acrylic Adhesive

This high holding acrylic adhesive works well with powder coated surfaces and most plastics.  It also features short term heat resistance up to 450¢ªF.

3M 320 High Tenacity Acrylic Adhesive

This high tenacity acrylic adhesive provides excellent flagging resistance on small diameter surfaces and superb initial bonding strength to most surfaces. It also features short-term heat resistance up to 250¢ªF.
